On February, 17th, 2009 in the Big concert hall of the Russian Gnessin` Academy of Music the concert of a chamber orchestra from Norway "Bodo Simfonietta" under the direction of conductor Oleg Snetkova (Germany) has taken place. In a concert Edward Grieg, Charles Nilsen's products, and also Alfred Shnitke and modern Norwegian composer Geer Tvajt have sounded. It is necessary to note high professional level of an orchestra, good ensemble and performing culture. Young conductor Oleg Snetkov has proved performed by music of various styles as the uncommon creative person. To each of products of the executed program it managed to find the especial approach. The bright temperament of the conductor was showed performed by «the Norwegian dances» and the Suite for an orchestra ор.38 №1 E.Griegs, «the Polyphonic tango» A.Shnitke, G.Tvajt's folklore melodies ор.151. O.Snetkov possesses doubtless artistic talent and ability to inspire musicians of an orchestra, to transfer to public an emotional charge, executing products of various authors – from folklore before modern installations in style "retro". Performance of an orchestra of "Bodo Simfonietta" with enthusiasm has been apprehended by the Moscow public. The concert has been organised with assistance of embassy of Norway in Russia and the Moscow regional producer centre. It is necessary to express hope that the establishment of new creative contacts between the Russian academy of music and musical collectives of Norway revives kind traditions of the international musical dialogue. On behalf of all musical public accept our gratitude of "Bodo Simfonietta" and to Oleg Snetkov for fine music in Moscow!
